About Mike
Mike Hann is a Victoria-raised, Cowichan Valley based real estate professional and investor, with experience owning property in Port Renfrew, Victoria, and now the Cowichan Lake area where he lives. In addition to real estate, Mike has led complex projects and negotiations through his work in the festival and live events industry, playing a key role in producing some of Vancouver Island’s largest events. That experience has shaped his ability to manage moving parts, work through challenges, and see projects through to completion. Mike also continues to work as an expedition leader in Antarctica, operating in environments where preparation, sound judgment, and clear communication are essential. He brings that experience into his work in real estate to help clients navigate important decisions with clarity and confidence.
